THE REAL (ESTATE) STORY

CONGRATULATIONS to Cheryl Bonner on the purchase of her Lodi home! This is an interesting story (To me, anyway!).
REFERRAL STORY: Back in late 2004, a former client called to ask me to be on the lookout for a nice home in a certain area of Lodi for Cheryl, who was thinking of moving back to her home town after a long absence. Over the next few months, I called with one or two possibilities as they hit the MLS, but nothing really fit the requirements Cheryl was seeking.
THEN ONE DAY, I got a call from one of the fine attorneys (No, that’s not an oxymoron) who occasionally call me for real estate help. "Larry, I’m helping a client liquidate an estate and I have a home that needs to be sold." Wonder of wonders, the home he described sounded like precisely the place Cheryl had been hoping for! I called her immediately. The rest is history.
