THE REAL (ESTATE) STORY
REFERRAL STORY: Back in late 2004, a former client called to ask me to be on the lookout for a nice home in a certain area of Lodi for Cheryl, who was thinking of moving back to her home town after a long absence. Over the next few months, I called with one or two possibilities as they hit the MLS, but nothing really fit the requirements Cheryl was seeking.
